These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WIZZARDZZ Message Manager, provided by PROMPT WIZARDS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By integrating or using our WhatsApp Business solution services across https://message.wizzardzz.com or https://wizzardzz.com, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Compliance with Meta WhatsApp Business Policies

All users and onboarded businesses utilizing WIZZARDZZ Message Manager must strictly adhere to Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms, Meta Developer Policies, and WhatsApp Commerce Policies:

  • Opt-In Requirement: Businesses must secure valid, explicit consent from end-users before initiating business messages.
  • Prohibited Content: Sending spam, unsolicited promotional messages, prohibited products (tobacco, alcohol, adult content, illegal goods), or misleading content is strictly prohibited.
  • Template Approval: Message templates must be submitted and pre-approved via Meta's Graph API prior to distribution.

3. Service Availability & API Usage

WIZZARDZZ Message Manager acts as a gateway and automation middleware connecting businesses to Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API. While we maintain high availability on Google Cloud infrastructure, message delivery depends on network connectivity and Meta Graph API operational status.

4. Data Responsibilities & Intellectual Property

Businesses retain ownership of their customer databases and message text content. PROMPT WIZARDS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED owns all rights, trademarks, software code, and architecture of the WIZZARDZZ Message Manager platform.

5. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service access to any business account that violates Meta WhatsApp Commerce Policies, engages in spamming activities, or breaches these Terms.
