2. Scope & Meta WhatsApp Business Platform Integration

As an onboarding business and Technical Provider for WhatsApp Business API solutions (utilizing whatsapp_business_messaging and whatsapp_business_management permissions), WIZZARDZZ Message Manager facilitates:

  • Business-Initiated Messages: Sending transactional, informational, and customer notification templates (e.g., order confirmations, status updates).
  • Customer Reply Messages: Processing inbound inquiries and automated/agent customer support replies.
  • Template & WABA Management: Creation, submission, and status monitoring of message templates via Meta Graph API endpoints.

3. Categories of Information We Process

We collect and process only data necessary to execute messaging services and maintain compliance:

  • User Contact Data: Mobile phone numbers formatted with international country codes.
  • Communication Metadata: WhatsApp message IDs, delivery receipts, read status receipts, timestamps, and error diagnostic logs.
  • Message Content: Text payload body, template parameter variables, interactive quick-reply selections, and media headers.
  • Opt-In & Consent Records: Digital records of user consent, opt-in timestamps, opt-in source URLs, and opt-out keywords.
  • Account & Token Information: Meta WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) IDs, Phone Number IDs, and encrypted System User access tokens.

4. Purpose & Legal Basis for Data Processing

Data is processed strictly in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP, India) and GDPR:

  • Pre-checked consent boxes are strictly prohibited. Consent must be captured via clear, affirmative actions (e.g., web form opt-in, SMS confirmation, or customer-initiated chat).
  • Users retain the right to withdraw consent at any time without fee or restriction.

6. User Opt-Out Rights & Controls

End-users receiving messages through WIZZARDZZ Message Manager have complete control over their messaging preferences:

  • Keyword Opt-Out: Replying "STOP", "UNSUBSCRIBE", or "CANCEL" to any message will immediately halt further automated notifications.
  • Direct Request: Users may request complete data deletion or opt-out by emailing sebo@wizzardzz.com or sebo@thepromptengineers.in.

7. Third-Party Data Sharing & Transfers

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third-party advertisers. Data is shared exclusively with necessary infrastructure providers:

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. / WhatsApp LLC: Message payloads, recipient phone numbers, and template parameters are submitted directly to Meta Graph API servers for message delivery across the global WhatsApp network.
  • Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run): Application hosting, container execution, and encrypted endpoint delivery.

8. Data Security & Storage Controls

We employ industry-standard security measures to safeguard all API tokens and user payloads:

  • All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3 / HTTPS encryption.
  • Meta System User Access Tokens are stored securely using environment-level access controls and are never exposed in public web repositories.
  • System logs and payload metadata are retained only for the duration required for operational auditing (maximum 90 days), after which they are purged.
